Certifications & Quality Standards
Our manufacturing is certified to European standards required or expected on industrial markets across the EU and beyond.
Comprehensive Welding Quality Requirements
MIK Projekt holds EN ISO 3834-2 certification — the highest level of welding quality assurance for fusion welding of metallic materials. This standard governs our entire welding lifecycle: procedure qualification, welder competence, production planning, inspection, and documentation. Required for boiler and pressure equipment manufacturers supplying EU markets.
Structural Steel Execution Class 3 — CE Marking
Our structural steel components carry CE marking under EN 1090 Execution Class 3 — the compliance level required for structural components in safety-critical industrial applications. This certification enables legal supply of structural elements to EU construction projects and confirms our factory production control system meets third-party audit requirements.
Welder Qualification Certification
Our welders are individually qualified under EN ISO 9606-1 across five welding processes:
- 111 Manual metal arc (electrode) welding
- 141 TIG welding
- 135 MAG welding
- 111/141 Combined electrode/TIG
- 135/141 Combined MAG/TIG
This qualification range covers the full spectrum of welding processes used in boiler manufacturing, pressure piping, and structural steel fabrication.
